Our Story
Hi, I’m Kai — owner of Miya Chinese in Port Kennedy.
I grew up cooking with my father in China and always dreamed of owning my own restaurant. After moving to Australia, that dream has come true.
When the previous Port Kennedy Chinese Restaurant retired, I renovated and reopened the space as Miya Chinese. Since opening, we’ve been grateful for the warm support and recognition from our guests.
At Miya, we make wontons and fresh house-made Hokkien noodles every day, bringing authentic and flavorful Chinese food to the community. Whether you dine in or order takeaway, we look forward to being your go-to spot for Chinese cuisine in Port Kennedy.
